Wireless Industrial Control System
Idea:
To start or stop motors and pumps in factories via a wireless interface.A combination of industrial electronics and wireless communication.
The aim for my project:
Wireless industrial control system design allows remote operation and off of devices such as motors and pumps in order to improve efficiency and flexibility in industrial work environments .
The Objectives:
1. Develop and execute a wireless control system that allows for the remote operation or shutdown of engines and industrial pumps in a safe and efficient way.
2. Merging industrial electronics and wireless communication technologies into a unified system that links field control units with the central supervisory unit.
3. Create an intuitive control interface (HMI) that enables operators to monitor and manage the status of devices wirelessly (on, off, fault…).
4. Attain strong stability and dependability of wireless communication in an industrial setting with electromagnetic disruption and interference.
5. Establish security and safeguarding measures to prevent the execution of unauthorized orders (using encryption and authentication).
6. Creating a local control circuit that incorporates safeguards against faults (like overload or disconnection).
