    Purpose of This Assignment

    This mini-analysis asks you to critically examine organizational leadership and change using theories from Parts I and II (Chapters 14) of Hickmans Leading Change in Multiple Contexts. Rather than summarizing the readings, you will analyze, critique, and apply leadership theory to real organizational contexts.You are encouraged to think deeply, creatively, and analytically. You may also incorporate insights from the Noopila & Chacn text to strengthen your analysis.
