Kimm has the option to buy several lots of vehicles from another rental agency that is downsizing, and wants to get a better idea of the number of rentals nationwide by vehicle type. The corporate accountant has forwarded Kimm a worksheet containing rental data for last year. Kimm wants to use this summarized data but feels that embedding charts will provide a quicker analysis in a more visual manner for the chief financial officer at their meeting next week.
