Applying the insight provided below will help towards earning a Distinguished grade For Assessment 4 grading criteria, I recommend you provide the following content identified by appropriate section headings:
Then add an overall Introduction at the beginning and a Conclusion at the end focusing on the Assessment 4 criteria presented for this Assessment. Then provide APA formatted academic references with citations (from Capella Library recommended) specifically supporting the required criteria from the Scoring Guide. Providing solid research to support your points, especially resources from the Capella library (not just the web), will also go a long way in supporting the overall value these organizational departments provide within the structure of the company.

You did not present and utilize at least 3 unique academic references, along with citations, in proper APA format (see Capella library for examples and assistance) that support the required criteria as stated in the Scoring Guide. It is also best to avoid generic company websites, such as About pages, as they do not provide academic information to specifically support the graded criteria as directed in the Scoring Guide. You can still use company references, but you still need at least 3 different academic references to support the criteria in your paper you can use as many references as you choose so you are not just limited to 3. However, this paper is not about a company review but rather is based on business concepts with then using a company to show how these business concepts are applied. Each reference listed should be used at least once as a citation to support the specific criteria as required that is stated in the Scoring Guide within your updated submission. Providing solid research to support your points, especially resources from the Capella library (not just the web), will also go a long way in supporting the overall value these organizational departments provide within the structure of the company.
Also, If you utilize a textbook as a reference, be sure to also include the chapter and page number as well – however, best to avoid using textbooks in favor of the library journals instead. Utilizing Capella library journal references (not just web references) and presenting your references in proper APA format will add value to your writing, utilizing each of these references within your paper as citations (recommend at least one citation per section) to support the required criteria in the Scoring Guide.

IMPORTANT: Be sure to carefully review the course Announcements for details about preparing your Assessment writing. Use the template (including the section headings) provided in the directions and pay close attention to detail to the required criteria provided in the Assessment Scoring Guide to see exactly what you need to include in your writings, especially for a Distinguished grade. The section headings will help keep your content focused on the required criteria for that section, instead of scattered throughout your paper. I suggest you provide at least 2 solid paragraphs (4-5 sentences each) supporting each concept as directed to maximize your credit – I recommend you consider using one of these paragraphs to focus on the specific Distinguished criteria as directed. You may include up to one additional page over the stated maximum page count requirement listed. Once you become comfortable applying the Scoring Guide grading rubric, writing becomes much easier because the rubric provides the outline of your paper for you and then just include a solid Introduction and Conclusion just be sure to include all the criteria under Distinguished. add
