Although some of you may be familiar with LEAN, no previous experience/understanding is necessary, the discussion will include an explanation of what LEAN is. After you have watched the Q&A, you will write a reflection paper that considers the following two prompts:
Where do you think you could apply the LEAN process to an organization you currently work for or have previously worked for.
