In this discussion, learners will explore different levels of conflict through sharing of personal experiences.
Instructions:
Our readings explore 4 different levels of conflict: Intrapersonal Conflict, Interpersonal Conflict, Intergroup Conflict, and Inter-organizational Conflict.
Sharing from your personal work and/or life experiences, describe a time when you were involved in one of these levels of conflict for your initial post.
For your two reply posts, explore ideas or insights for the possible evolution of the shared conflict, and/or share your thoughts on the gift potential of the shared conflict.
