• Think about your recent experience in the virtual simulation from your chosen Module topic.
• Answer the following questions:
• What learning opportunities can you identify from this experience? Why?
• What areas of your practice need further development?
• What did you learn that you will continue to use?

C. Identify Your Learning Needs:

• Determine the most important areas in your nursing practice that need improvement that you discovered while completing the virtual simulation and reflection.
• Consider the following when identifying your learning needs:
• Discuss your learning needs with peers or colleagues.
• How will addressing these needs improve your practice?

C. Develop ONE Learning Goal:

• Based on your identified areas for development, create ONE learning goal that relates to the virtual simulation and your reflection.
• Use a SMART goal format to write your goal.

D. Describe Your Learning Activities (Please include 2 learning activities, and include references):

• Outline the learning activities you plan to complete to achieve your goals.
• Consider the following when describing your activities:

• What is your learning style (e.g., visual, auditory)?
• Are there obstacles to completing your activities, and how will you overcome them?
• What is a realistic timeline for completing your activities?
